I have a Interarms Mark X as well. Shoots 145gr bullets exceptionally well. I was messing around with some Speer 145gr Gold Match bullets that I had lying around. They would shoot under 0.30" (5 shot group at 100yds) which I thought was impressive.

I use Redding dies. Just think they are better quality. To each his own I guess.

Built mine on a M70 375H&H Classic in Stainless. Turned out pretty nice. Not much work required. Rebarrel, bolt face/feed ramp needed at bit of machining, add different sights, ready to go.

I got my dies from CH4D Mt Vernon, Ohio.

All of my BRNO/CZ rifles in 9.3x62 will shoot just under 0.75" at 100yds (5 shots) using H414 and 285gr Lapua MEGA's. Amazing round. I can interchange the same load in all the 9.3's and it shoots the same POI.

Nice rifle. I have one which is all original in 9.3x62. I aslo have a ZG 47 in 7x57. Just picked up an ZG 47 in 8x64 Brenneke as well.

Tks. I have a BRNO 602 in 8x68s so I have copious amounts of room. I was going to try 3.410", 3.425 & 3.50". General consensus seems to be around 3.425".

I had one. Regret selling it. Yes, Zastava's are a rough rifle and need to be worked in (similar to BRNO 602'S). They are exceptionally accurate though. They are also pretty tough.

CCI 250's or Fed 215M

Start with the minimum Hornady/Speer 200gr load listings and work up slowly from there. My 338WM loved the Nosler 210gr Partitions. The Second Edition of Modern Reloading by Richard Lee has a large cross section of loads using 200gr bullets.

I built my 404J using a Win M70 Stainless CRF in 375H&H as a donor rifle. Very little gunsmith work involved, plus you don't see too many stainless 404J's around.

Great calibre choice. I have a custom 404J built on a Win M70 Stainless 375H&H donor rifle. I would be getting a different scope as suggested by others. Eye relief would be a concern in an older scope. I would think you would want at least 4". I have a Nikon African 1-4x20 with German #4 reticle.

Then in that case it would have to be the 7x64 Brenneke! ;)

I re-barrelled a Winchester M70 375H&H to 404 Jeffery. Was a lot easier to get done than re-boring. Installed a stainless Lilja barrel. Only one or two places do re-boring here in the Peoples Republic of Canada.
