I do prefer the spinal shot just behind the "smile". Besides shot placement and a flat-shooing caliber, I would also stress a follow-up shot, even with the typical reaction after a good spinal shot.

My sons and I are getting ready to book our flights to South Africa. So far we have received quotes from two Travel Agents.
