Hello Simon! Small world, we hunted mostly in Hunters Hills when we were around Timaru. It was great fun shooting wallabies over german pointers in daytime and to go spotlighting at night. We stayed at a redish backpackers near a main road in Timaru, I'm sure you know which it is. The owner was called Greg, had a german pointer and took us hunting whenever we came around. This was in 2003 so things might have changed since... It was a great time though! /Mattias
