That is an interesting load you are choosing!
The N120 is probably a good choice for the 300gn TSX and the Lott, a reasonably compressed load at near max PSI.

QL is good to find loads when data is unavailable, but it should be "fit" to known data, as "close" to the unknown load. I use this method for my reloading.
Vihtavuori states their max. loads are close to max. PSI for a given cartridge. For this, I fit 458 winmag data for N120 to match velocity and PSI at 95% max and load density
Then use this data fit for the 458 Lott with the Barnes TSX. It is important that if the fit data load density was greater than 100%, then the new load should also be greater than 100% (less than this is not as important to match). Then, try to keep the PSI similar for both.
Both of these points are important because of the power burn rate app. made in QL vs PSI and greater than 100% load density.
Then, the new load has a better starting point that just using the QL default.
If you look at the TSX, about half of the length are pressure bands and I like to seat close to the last band but in this case, i back off from that a bit.
Anyhow, here is my result from all of this gobbledygook, anyone use at your own risk.
