Folks,

what are the best methods to mount either an RMR or Aimpoint or a scope on the Ugex. I know you remove two screws on the rib and then you have the ability to mount optics, but which company's make the parts to mount either an RMR or aimpoint, or scope.

Thinking given my eyes are not as good as they used to be I may have to go that way for the 9.3

Cheers pc3

Reach out to @Tom Leoni … he can point you in the right direction…

Hi there,

Yes I did I managed to get one of the ugex mounts and I mounted a trijicon RMR HD on it. I think it will be a good thing once i have it completely dialled in...the UGEX barrels do heat up quick and I have a lot to learn with doubles etc.

Nice. Where did you get it from?
Yes, dialling in is the fun part, I am at Max for 2209 and woodleigh 286gr. Looks kind of promising. Ae you reloading?

I got a guy on here to get it for me but Berretta Oz will get in for you. I have to dig out the part number for you.

I found a flat bottomed weaver style mount that fit the screw pattern and slot in the top rail. Installed it and put a red dot on it and didn't look back. I will check and see if it has a part number as I think I have a extra one in the shop.

Sounds like the go! You wouldn't have a picture of it by any chance?

looks good! cant make out, but is it front and rear slots on the rib that get replaced? and then red dot only uses rear one?

I’m actually developing a low profile fixed RMR mount for the rear slot as we speak which I will be selling. Stay tuned…
One for the front slot would be great too. I like the RMR mounted further forward at I often carry the gun with my hand on or near the rear slot.

Yes you remove the two "rib blocks" the weaver mount sits atop the remaing metal in the middle and slots into the two spaces creatyed when you remove the blocks. It was quite a tight fit, I had to gently take a little off the front of the weaver mount for it to fit into the front slot....otherwise I would have to knock it in, which I did not want to do.....you cant tell.

It gives you a couple of different mounting points I preferred the one to the rear.

See you are from Denmark - see quite a few Danes where I stalk in Scotland - great hunters.
The Harkilia stuff works well in Africa - I have a bit for use here in UK.
I am again looking for 600 Nitro dies preferably RCBS 1 inch. The set I purchased previously are 1 1/2 inch and do not fit my die. Another member has graciously taken them off my hands. If anyone happens to have a set of 600 Nitro Dies that will fit my Rockchucker Supreme RCBS press, please shoot me a message and thanks in advance for any assistance you may have to offer!
I have not posted any items for sale on this forum and will not every put anything for sale. My account was hacked and I've worked with the admin to get things shut down.
