I had some correspondence with Geoff from Woodleigh in 2016 when I was preparing for my first cape buffalo hunt and used the 350gr PP's. He provided IMR4350 between 68 and 70gr with expected velocities of 2225 and 2325fps. I used 69.5gr of IMR4350 and experienced fantastic sub-MOA accuracy with it.
Great info! Thank you very much. My PH was saying 2,300 would be a sweet spot.

I only ever loaded them with RL15. If you have that I will dig up the load I worked up for you tonight.

Will do, Shot one Buffalo in Masailand with it facing head on at 70 yards just under the chin. Dumped him like a pile of bricks. Clipped the bottom of the spine went through rumen and was found in the intestine.
WOW no wonder why my PH recommended them. Awesome performance. He said they’re on the expensive side. I replied that they’re the cheapest part of the Safari but arguably the most important to get right!

I am again looking for 600 Nitro dies preferably RCBS 1 inch. The set I purchased previously are 1 1/2 inch and do not fit my die. Another member has graciously taken them off my hands.
