I guess two different individuals from RSA decided to flee and settle in my area , both boerne and comfort Texas now have new meat shops offering RSA style food and dried meats
Pioneers meat and Alamo meat
Bilotong , Boerswose, ect and African cheese .
I find it interesting the settled in my area , or maybe even more RSA ex pats are here and they are serving a home country demographic need ?

Alamo Meat Locker in Comfort? Did it change hands? Where is Pioneers?
Down in boerne Texas,
Alamo I guess did change hands?Dröewors (South African style Dry Sausage) and biltong are both being sold now

seeing more and more of this lately..

Biltong USA is in Sunset.. I pass right by it when driving from DFW to Wichita Falls..

and while we were in Houston last week for the Houston Safari Club show I noticed a place in Spring called Angus Biltong..

Wife asked some AI and sent this so I guess it’s demographic change

Overview

White South African refugees arrive in U.S.

Yes, a growing number of people from the Republic of South Africa (RSA) are immigrating to Texas. Texas is considered one of the top destinations for South African-born residents in the U.S., with significant communities establishing themselves in Houston, Austin, and Dallas, often driven by the search for better economic opportunities and safety.

September 2016 my man. Not South Africans either, and that’s the wild game processor.

New options at the meat market? That’s cool!

More than one RSA person declared Texas resembles South Africa.......

I for one welcome them rather than the California weirdos.

I just need them to bring me a 2000 HZJ76 in diesel, manual gearbox, and 4wd. Less than 100k miles plz.

Heck. I didn't realize I was driving past it every time I drive to Wichita. I'll stop there this weekend.

We drove down and ate at pioneer today and it’s pretty good, sliced beer sandwiches, meat pies
Lots of RSA spice and cheese, supplies for cooking RSA dishes
Gotta remember crisps are potato chips and chips are French fries ( Ugg the barriers of regional English language )
Interesting to hear the Africans perspective on the reality of RSA and not propagandist views (;owner is from suburban Jberg)

Jerome, do you think my last post in rough camping must maybe shift as an article?

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to get in contact with Mr Butch Searcy. I have the opportunity to buy one of his rifles chambered in 577 nitro Express however the seller does not have any of the paperwork with the information about what ammunition or bullet weight was used to regulate it. I know he is not making firearms anymore but I wanted to reach out after seeing one of your post about him.

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl
