Regarding the upcoming elections for the new BOD, I noticed a few adds in my February American Hunter, where candidates have solicited for our votes. To get back on track, and to continue to follow the Mission of the NRA, has there been on post about this? I've done a search on AH, but haven't found anything, which may indicate I'm not looking correctly... I, and I hope others here would be better informed if some of you have guidance you could share about those candidates that will be true to the NRA's purpose. Hope to learn more about those running to be Director on the Board. If this thread exists elsewhere, would you mind sharing that link? Thanks.

As the title says, I'm running for the NRA Board of Directors and I need your help to get on the ballot. I know a lot of members here are also members of the NRA.

I have been a critic of the grifting and corruption at the NRA as well as a critic of the refusal of some Board members to acknowledge their part in allowing it to happen by looking the other way. If you have read my blog, No Lawyers - Only Guns and Money, you know where I'm coming from. My reporting of events at the NRA has even made it into the trial of the NRA in New York which was a shock to me.

I am part of the NRA 2.0 reform slate. If you go to ElectANewNRA.com you can read our bios and why each of us running. Personally, I want a more transparent BRA that is responsible to its members, that will emphasize the fight for the 2A, and that will bring training back to the forefront.

Ideally, those who danced to Wayne LaPierre’s tune and allowed his (and others) grifting will be shown the door.

Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.

On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.

I have made it to Atlanta this morning, few other outfitters on same flight and our luggage never came trough, looks like mine will go via France to Denver hope it gets there before the ISE show starts on the 8th TOMORROW!
