When I have had this situation, I found that the shoulder was not being bumped back enough when I resized the brass. It only takes a few thousandths to keep the bolt from closing as the case's shoulder is touching inside the chamber. This usually happens if the die is not screwed far enough...

Yes sir, it is with Bob Milligan, Milligan Outfitters. I too did a mountain goat with him and I have another one coming up this winter. Will be going after moose and other game as well with him.

The boat hunt is out of Terrace, British Columbia, and you will probably depart on the water from the Port of Prince Rupert which is near Terrace.

The outfitter is Bob Milligan of Milligan Outfitters in British Columbia. He is a fantastic guide. I've done mountain goat with him and have other hunts booked with him as well.
