Can anyone share the size of the giant lions you hunted? I would like to make a table to count the size of African lions in different regions (including weight). Thank you!

Welcome to AH, your first post is pretty specific. Id suggest introducing yourself and telling us a bit about your hunts (if you hint) ect ect.
I've witnesses too many anti's pop up over the years with the same approach. Not saying you are but if your searching for info people might be willing to offer it up if we know more about the person asking.

I had the same thought based on how things are worded..

The terms like record breaking natural monsters or giant lions are not used in the real hunting world. We hunt game that, despite everything, are living creatures and deserve some respect from us.

For which organization do you need this data?

Agree with the above members. Also your data set will be contaminated if you will use much of the South African numbers because of obvious reasons.

Also what you ask is already researched. For example

Lions, weight etc.

Search terms you can use are " weight distribution lions Africa"

If you are with no foul intentions welcome to the site. Otherwise, still welcome and open your horizon. We really love animals and conservation too. Let small differences not divide us in realizing the same lofty goals of preserving the majestic, all animals are majestic, of the world.

Welkom!

Interesting question.
I have noticed that you are a hunting consultant. May I inquire in what country do you operate and what services do you provide? We are always eager to aquire new knowledge that is shared freely by new and old members alike.

I don't believe we have many members on this forum that have hunted any monsters yet. Can you be more specific in your question posted in your introduction posting?

"I am looking for some record breaking natural monsters."

Cheers.

Your question seems strange. Is there a purpose to you making a chart of other people's animals they have hunted?

If you are wondering which region has the largest lions, there are likely studies into this that would be more accurate than random people chiming in about anecdotal evidence.

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
