Came across a lot of 55gr Bergers in 20 caliber and would like to build a 20 Grendel or 20 BR.

Has anyone on here have any experience with either caliber ...advantage disadvantages?
Suggestions?

I already have a 6GT and other bigger calibers so looking for something light and fast for varmints.

What about a 204 Ruger. That's a factory 20 cal

You need an 8 twist to stabilize the 55's, most 20 cals are 1-10 or 1-12. I had a custom 204 Ruger with a Lothar Walther 1-10 twist and the Berger 55's would keyhole.

IMHO, [emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]][emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]]’s are too heavy for a [emoji638][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]]] cal. You should be down around [emoji639][emoji638]-[emoji639][emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]] gr bullets.
[emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]][emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]]’s are right in the wheelhouse for the .[emoji638][emoji638][emoji640] calibers.

I cannot figure out why when I post numbers my posts look like this with a bunch of emoji’s. Anyone know why or is my iPhone just possessed?

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ
