Marius of KMG Hunting Safaris made the trip to the Toronto Sportsman Show in February. I enjoyed meeting the team and getting to know Marius and adgunner better. They are probably regretting their efforts now because they will be stuck with a whole bunch of my clan in June 2016! I am going for eland, my two boys for some mix of impala, warthog, blesbok and springbok. My father is going to probably get some wing shooting in. My mother, wife and daughter are coming to experience all that a trip like this can bring! We are all very excited and looking forward to the trip!!! Now the training begins as there are only 487 days to go, but who is counting?

Pheroze, I have been staring at the Courteney site for quite some time, which ones did you order? How were they were for size compared to NA sizes. I would really like to replace my beat up army issue boots soon!

This message may post twice as something strange happened and I lost my reply. Anyway, I really like them so far. The length is perfect at 10.5. The fit around the toe is generous as it is over the instep too. The leather is well made and stiff. Definitely break them in. I did not have an uninsulated pair of boots so I was looking anyways. I went with the Selous as I like the over the ankle cover and the snazzy bag. Lol. I had a pair of leather hiking boots years ago that lasted ages. I would say these are as well made but a lot lighter. I can't imagine you will be disappointed. And, I think the leather will last a lot longer than the modern fabric type walking boots. So, they are expensive up front but not outrageously so.
