My Bible has seen better days, and I would like to recover it with Cape buffalo hide instead of regular leather. If anyone in the US has a 16”x10” piece for sale, let me know. Thanks!

Recover your Bible with buffalo leather is a good idea, but you might be reading it too often. Mine Bible is from 1884 and still in good condition, but I have to admit that I not often read it.

Like I commented, my classic stainless has the original 24” barrel.

Did you buy yours with the barrel already cut down to 21” or did you do it (or a gunsmith)?
