I’m on the hunt for a Husqvarna in 9.3x62 ideally a M46 or 640. Not worried about finish wear as long as it has a good bore and in usable condition. Any loading components would be welcome as well.

Recommend searching Gunsinternational.com. Huskys are rare but excellent rifles and are like Timex watches; they take a lickin' and keep on tickin'

Thanks for the reply! I’ve checked most of the usual places, mainly just curious if anyone on here had one they didn’t mind moving.

Did you check Simpsons? They have some—most need some work but there is often the odd very nice one.
I did. Decent selection at times, but as mentioned below they move fast. I seem to find myself a day late and a dollar short when they appear.

I do have a 9.3x57 Husqvarna I’d sell. It would need reamed out but should be a simple thing. It’ll be $575 plus the shipping and everything. I don’t have pictures but I can get them.

I believe that one is a rechambered 9.3x57 judging by the caliber markings.
Yes he tells the history in the listing I believe. In one of his listing's he does

My apologies for any confusion, I meant to put 146 instead of M46. Looking for a husky built on the Model 98 action.

Huh I didn't know huskys were sought after. I saw one for 550 at cabelas a month or two and put it back on the rack as I didn't really put much value in it personally. When I was there the other day I didn't see it so I'm assuming it sold

Most of the huskys through the 640s were built on FN actions. I can think of few better pedigrees than the FN mauser.

Beautiful rifle. I would have a problem hunting with it due to fear of dinging it.

Hello! I saw your post from last year about a missing crate from your hunt in Moz. I am curious how that all turned out? We (my fiancé and I) also hunted in Moz in 2024 and the trophies are being shipped with Hunters Services Limitada. We have some concerns on whether we will get the trophies home or not. May I ask who you hunted with?
