Has anyone used video equipment such as Tactacam and or Trigger Cam (or anything equal) on their rifles. ? Wanting to do some self video and trying to find out what's out there.

Thank you in advance for any help

PS - I know some of this has been discussed but it's a few years old.

All of those you listed are neat by design, but always just leave you wanting more and the video is always lame lol.
Quality, view window, and ease of use is just are not there

Me and my buddy’s are trying to get more into filming.
Your best option is in your pocket!!
Get an I phone with a 84mega pixel camera . Better yet, Go get the new I phone 17.

Next, is a good mounting option. Depending on the hunt. I just got a flexible tripod and was able to clamp/wrap it down in a deer blind really happy with it.

Lots of very well known hunting productions are now filmed on just I phones. The video can shoot in true 60fps 4k which gives you the professional look.

Here is a short clip I shot last week. Notice the smooth panning the ball joint allowed. I applied a little pressure to the phone and it swings slow and smooth, tracking the deer wonderfully imo.

Be careful of hunting Chewore South, the area has been decimated.....

Curious about this. I hunted Chewore South with D&Y in September and they did tell me it was there last hunt there.

Which outfits shot it out?
Impala cull hunt for camp meat!
