Unauthorised payment to SCI

The SCI have taken payment from my credit card with out my consent. i have been unable to contact them.
any suggestions

Contact your credit card company NOW. They will cancel it. Could be a data breach.

i did just that, to be told as the payment is pending, it can only be cancelled by SCI.
Be warned, never allow auto renewal

Is this auto renewal for membership? I didn't see that in the fine print when I joined.
