I'm just in the process of building a Pelican 1615 with custom foam to hold an R8 with 3 barrels and a double rifle! Can only fit 2 scopes, a red dot and Blaser accessories! will not be oversize but will be under 60#so going business class will be no over cost! Remove one barrel and its scope and should be 49#
