I didn't get drawn to hunt elk in NW Wyoming this year (as expected), but would love to go west and help reduce the overpopulation that is plaguing some western states.
Cows would be fine...
Of course, I've missed all draw opportunities for this year.
How can I find a land owner with an overpopulation problem, who would be willing to let my son and I pay a modest trespass fee, sign a liability waiver and hunt for a few days?
I would also need to be able to purchase tags...
