30 gov 06, plane Jane shooter grade. Trigger is crisp, throat is in good shape. Sadly missing the rear sight blade. LOP is 13 5/8. Great usable rifle overall. Made an offer on a piece of land and it was accepted. Selling off more rifles to fund a house build.
