POI maintenance on HIK Alpex A50T after some shooting

Good evening, friends.
Any news on the hik Alpex A50T not holding POI after a series of shots?
I have this problem, and there is nothing wrong with the mounts and their alignment. Well secured screws and EAW assemblies (top).
I set the sights, confirm and after a few days when I shoot again the shot is no longer in place.
They are below in both directions.

Winchester XPR 30.06 with silencer. I never had this problem with the Yukon.

Notice; I found it strange that Hikmicro in Portugal ran a promotion in which I exchanged the HIK Alpex A50 for the HIK Alpex 4K.

I already have news.
The problem detected in my Hikmicro Alpex night vision scope has already been identified.
I was able to speak to the representative and he explained to me that there was another identical case in Portugal and that it was due to the installation of the latest update that did not go very well.
You will have to go to headquarters to reinstall the software.
