Has anyone any experience with the Nosler monometal flat point solids? I have seen information about other flat point solids by North Fork. Peregrine and CEB but the Nosler offering much less so. The reason I ask is because I have come across a supply of .375 H&H Winchester Safari ammunition loaded in nickel cases with the 300 grain Nosler flat point solid.

These were made by Norma for Nosler. They are excellent hard hitters, but they are unbanded so the pressures generated will be higher than banded monolithic solids.

I’ve used those same 300Gr monolithic flat point solids out of a .375 Holland & Holland Magnum to hunt 2 hippopotamus bulls on land.

Winchester loaded Nosler Partition & monolithic solid bullets in their Safari line of ammunition from 2006-2010.
