The first and only order I've every placed with you guys was never filled (order #249971151). I even received a call to apologize and was assured the order would be filled as soon as possible and shipped. That never happened. The reason your order has not yet been delivered is that we currently do not have any .366 250gr SS projectiles in stock in the USA. A new batch of this caliber and weight has just been produced, and it will be included in the next shipment to our US warehouse. Once it arrives, your order will be fulfilled.

When a specific caliber, weight, and bullet model is in stock, we ship it immediately from our warehouse. This applies both to direct orders and orders placed through our US dealers. However, if the product is out of stock, delivery may be delayed.

We work continuously to keep all products available, but due to the wide range of calibers, weights, and bullet types we offer, some items may occasionally sell out. In such cases, restocking may take a bit of time.
