Seems like a good place from watching the segments filmed there in Bill Langer’s traditional bowhunting DVDs. You can buy them from 3Rivers Archery.

I hunted with Antonie Louw of Makalaan Safaris in 2012. Had a great time. What animals are you most interested in hunting?

A little bit of everything gemsbuck wildebeest Impala blesbuck waterbuck

I shot 9 animals on my trip with Makalaan (Eland, Gemsbok, Red Hartebeest, Warthog, Steenbok, Duiker, Black Wildebeest, Caracal, and Springbok. My hunting buddy that was with me shot 8 animals (Eland, Gemsbok, Red Hartebeest, Warthog, Waterbuck, Impala, Springbok and Zebra. It was a 12 day hunt with a couple of travel days one on each end. I and my son hunted in September of 2016 with them. Excellent hunt!Antoni and Malinda are excellent host. Antoni the owner was our PH as well. He is very good and knowledgeable. They also have a great support staff, trackers skinners etc. I would highly recommend them. I booked the hunt through Troy Ginn of International Outdoor Consultants. I also used Lori Ginn/Spears his wife of Travel express (well known and respected here) to book our flights.
