Info on hunting in Germany?

I have a friend from the USA who will be in Germany for business in November. He asked me to look into hunting options for him. Does anyone know of any good outfitters or places to hunt? I have heard that hunting is heavily regulated in Germany but beyond that, I don’t have knowledge about opportunities. Any help would be appreciated!

Did not book myself (yet) but https://www.malepartus-jagdreisen.com/ has a nice booth I visit at Jagd und Hund Convention for a couple of years now. Heard some good stories about them. They have opportunities in Germany as well.

November is a good time to participate in a driven hunt, a hunt which is not too difficult to organize for a foreigner at short notice. It is best to ask the outfitter I mentioned above about this. Such hunts are one of his main focuses.
