We have one that my son shoots on his R8. The 7mm Mag is such a versatile caliber. As with all things Blaser I’m tempted to buy this.

It shouldn't last long. Especially since the Blaser dealers has gone up so much on their current barrels and rifles. This would look good on you! Lol!

I hunt with the same barrel and find it to be my favorite caliber for western USA hunting. It will take an elk out to significant distance. I’ve taken an Eland with a 7 mag too.
Iron sights on a 7 mag are nice for when you walk into thick woods.
An R8 owner that doesn’t have this caliber… well, you need one.
