I’ve come to the sad realization that I don’t have any more dangerous game hunts coming up in the next decade so I figured it was time to let my rifle go to a new home that can use it to its potential.
I’ve taken 2 cape buffalo, lion, sable, kudu, zebra, blue wildebeest, gemsbok, waterbuck, dik dik, jakal, and probably some more animals I cannot recall at this moment with it. It’s always shot well.
I have removed the Swaro from it in favor of open sight configuration for an ele hunt that never materialized but it includes the rings and bases.
I have dies, brass and bullets as well.
Looking for $6500 including accessories and a nice soft case.
Located in central California and would be happy to do a face to face transaction with a local buyer.
I’ll have more detailed photos this week.
It’s a used rifle, has been on several safaris and shows some “love” aka light wear.

I've owned 2 of these and they are my favorite African rifle. They punch way above their price point and are an excellent value. I just sold all of my doubles and kept this model as my best DG rifle. You can't beat a Dakota Rigby for even 2x the money. This one is proven and needs to stay in the AH family! Just buy it and quit looking for the best rifle because this is one of them!

Is it sold or was my offer to buy accepted?
The z8 is not included in the sale, as the listing says it’s been removed but the bases and rings are included

Getting a lot of questions. Answers to a few of the common ones:
Muzzle is threaded 5/8-24
Rings are 30mm diameter
Rifle has approximately 150-200 rounds down the barrel
I purchased it from the son of the original owner who said his father never ended up going to Africa and was likely unfired when I purchased it.
Loads were 350gr TSX and 400gr Nosler Solids over H4831sc
Serial number is under #100, I’ll give more details to serious buyers but it’s an early Dakota

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc

Good morning John, I just read your setup procedure for the northstar duplicator ator. I found it very hand and I did learn some things. I have the same machine and I am having a problem i can not figure out and was hoping you could shed some light on the subject.
