Well the day has finally arrived our crates got released late last week and my dad made the run to DFW to pick them up from coppersmiths at 8:30 both crates were loaded and he was on his way to my house by 9:00.

I met him at the house and we unloaded them into the garage in case the chance of rain proved true but had to get back to the office before we could get into them. After work it was straight to baseball practice then finally we got a chance to open them up. It’s amazing how well and efficiently they pack those crates.

I should take a moment to note that overall I am extremely pleased with the
quality of the work that we received back sure the skulls will need some additional degreasing and whitening but all in the skulls are in great shape. The only negative is it looks like my kudu horns got a little over boiled.

Hunt was was early September of 18

Congrats on getting them home.

Mine arrives today...I'm anxious to get the call.

Congrats on yours arriving.

Oh yes Christmas in May! Nice!
I’ve got two trips that should be shipping soon.
Oh I’m jealous! Show them again once you hang them up please.

Hides are at the taxidermist as we speak this weekend I will degrease the skulls and whiten them for display until the taxidermist is ready for them. The springbok will stay as a euro mount and possibly the blesbok. All others are destined for shoulder mounts over the next 18 months or so

It’s always a great day when the memories come home! Congrats!

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
