Dear All,
I chronographed the Hornady Interlock 270 gr this evening. They are factory-rated at 2,800 fps from a standard 24-inch (61 cm) barrel, and I measured an average velocity of 2,725 fps (3-shot average) from my new Blaser R8 Pro 22.8-inch (58 cm) barrel.
As a result, I end up with a ballistic curve that is virtually identical to my Tikka .308 Win (16 0.1mil.clicks at 350 m, 0.1mil.25 clicks at 420 m).
