Congrats and nice piece. I’ve been wearing ol reliable the past week or so. I haven’t been hunting but I have caught a few walleye with it on if that counts. I guess I shot a starling trying to roost in my soffit too so maybe it does count.

IMO you'd be behind on that trade by 2k or more if you shop around. Maybe sell the GMT then buy. This is also just my opinion but ~8k is a lot for what that watch offers. If you're deadset on Rolex I get it, but something like an Omega AT is an objectively better watch for about half the money.

IMO the evacuation service from global rescue is more than worth it for a temp membership...Imagine you got in a car accident during a commute, they will get you home at least and not saddle your family with the logistics and financing of all that.
