I have the sordins with gel cups. They are great. As mentioned previously, if looking for maximum ear protection, combine with in ear plug. I use throw away foam as I think they work better than custom in ear.

My choice of cartridges for a dangerous game and plains game hunt were the same as yours. Both my 416 Rigby and 300 HH were in bolt guns though. I think you’ve picked the perfect combo. Enjoy!

Great looking rifles. I love the full length stock. I brought a full length stock rifle both times I went to Africa, a Mannlicher-Shoenauer in .270 and a 416 Rigby.

I haven’t used the rcbs ammo master, but have been using my Forster coax for about 5 y. Reload 22 hornet up to 416 Rigby. I love it.

I prefer heavy caliber projectiles. I love 200 g aframes in my 300 h&h. It is my bullet of choice. Wildebeest, zebra, impala all fell with 1 well placed shot last trip to zim. 2850 fps Handloads.

Agree with the rick young harness. You can wear it on chest, under arm, around neck. Light, and don’t need to worry about strap orientation.
