I picked up this mount in December 2018 The paint is literally falling out of it's ears today as I dusted it off with a tiny swifter. Sad deal....I'll have a local guy fix them one day.

Stop using that dreadful sizer ball that comes with every die. Size without the expander ball then punch the necks with a 21st Century mandrel. The straightest ammo you will ever build!!

I have more then a few AR rifles Some are chambered in cartridges that are flat out fun especially suppressed. I also love to use the AR shooting predator and prairie dogs. BTW......the same people that want to take away your rights want to keep you from hunting... Especially African hunting...

That heart location is way to far back

I hate pounding a bullet through the liver. If routinely blows the stomach up just from the shock. If you shoot meat deer and gut 15 or 20 a year you don't want anyone going as far back as you mention

It's your money but I'd buy skins in the states and skip the cost with DPS then tanning

I've fell down mountains multiple times. Dropped rifles at the truck and knocked them to the ground from 25 ft treestands. Heck.....I've paddled a few boats with the but of more then one shotgun

You are correct. The scope should sit in two rings that are very much in line with each other and without stress

This is an old thread but an easy answer. Ship home the horns and nothing else. If you decide to do any taxidermy in the years ahead plains game capes are easily obtainable and will cost less to buy tanned then to have them DPS and tanned

I put my rifle inside a soft Bulldog case then I put that inside my Pelican hard case.

Sorry..... English is a lost art on my end... No I don't recomend him and will ponder your advice for about five seconds....
