Obviously it's antisemetic. The caricatures are deliberately degrading.
But is there any truth to the meme? Take the frame "Hollywood & TV", for example.
Then read L.A. Times Jewish columnist Joel Stein's 2008 piece "Who runs Hollywood? C'mon"
In my book I'll try to winnow out the truth from the frothing noise.

This is something I'll address in the chapter, and it's a valid question.I would be curious to know though, in your research have they ever (apart from Jews as the nation of Israel), acted as a unified body? I think that's the more important question. One none of the Islmaphobic people care to ask. It's so much easier to just lump a group of people together and hate them collectively.
It is manifestly clear and has been proven in practice and by the facts of all revolutions that a struggle for ideals, for improvements of any kind whatsoever, absolutely must be supplemented with a struggle
against some social class or caste.
My object is to create first-rate revolutionary upheavals, regardless of what methods and means I have to use in the process. Earlier revolutions were directed either against the peasants, or the nobility and the clergy, or against dynasties and their network of vassals, but in no case has revolution succeeded without the presence of a lightning rod that could conduct and channel the odium of the general masses.
With this very thing in mind I scanned the revolutionary events of history and put the question to myself against which racial element in Germany can I unleash my propaganda of hate with the greatest prospects of success? I had to find the right kind of victim, and especially one against whom the struggle would make sense, materially speaking. I can assure you that I examined every possible and thinkable solution to this problem, and, weighing every imaginable factor, I came to the conclusion that a campaign against the Jews would be as popular as it would be successful.
In those days (of 1910) Hitler was by no means a Jew hater. He became one afterward. He used to say even then that the end sanctions the means, and so he incorporated anti-Semitism into his program as a powerful slogan. ...[H]e didn’t care much about anti-Semitism.
First let me define antisemitism. Not liking Jews is not antisemitism. We all have people we don’t like. ...Second, criticising Israel is not antisemitism.
Antisemitism means denying the right of Jews to exist collectively as Jews with the same rights as everyone else. ...It takes different forms but it remains the same thing: the view that Jews have no right to exist as free and equal human beings.
— Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, 9/2016, to the European Parliament
There you go with facts again. Don’t you know its all about how it makes you feel.
