Help Finding 505 Gibbs size MTM Ammo Box

Good afternoon everyone,

Quick question.

I’m trying to find a 20-50 round hard case (preferably MTM brand if applicable) to put my 505 Gibbs ammo.

I’ve found two options with close measurements, but would like some input from those who have experience with these and the large magnum cases.

Would the RF-22 LM or RLLD-50 work for this cartridge?

I couldn’t find the 505 in their charts but for the 500 NE they recommend the RLLD-50 for the flip top.
 
BUT…both come with slight caveats. If using a longer bullet, seated out further, the Berry is a better option as it has just slightly more vertical space and sharper corners. The MTM holds 2-more rounds if they are shorter like with a SN A-Frame or Woodleigh. Some rounds I just leave the spaces where MTM has the two additional slots empty and the case closes easier.

The Berry case lid, you have to slightly pull outward for the lip to clear the caserim and then it closes fully and solidly.

This is perfect! Thank you so much and for the pics to show the comparison. I have some Woodleigh 600 grain PPSN, 570 grain Swift A-Frames, and CEB 600 grain solids. Will buy a sample of both
 
I get it. On the MTM you loose the 2 inside slots and it makes a 20 round box. Thanks very much.
