look at the pictures, there are 3 defects in the buttstock. they almost disappear when the stock wet. it is a beautiful stock 149.00 shipped tyd lower 48

Have you mounted this to the rifle , my 03-a3 Has a cutout [inlet] for the bolt handle on the right side of course. wood looks nice but I need one that is finished to use.
 
Obviously the stock is semi finished. Stocks designed like this are typically mounted with actions that have scopes. Adding a scope requires altering the bolt handle. That modification is a custom item. The military bolt is cut off and replaced with something either aftermarket manufactured or custom forged. It can be welded back on the bolt shaft at various angles. So pretty much the bolt handle for any sporterized 03A3 can close against the stock at a different angle, thickness, and depth. Therefore the person fitting the action into the stock won't want the channel for bolt handle precut in the stock. He needs to custom fit the custom bolt handle to the stock himself.
