Looking for advice on getting started reloading

"Other than that, you'll want a sizing / decapping die, a seating die, and a lee factory crimp die."
Is this for each caliber?
Thank you so much!

Yup, one for each.

You can get universal decapping dies if you want, but easier just to get one for each, set it up, and size and decap in one cycle.

Equally, I think there are seating dies that do a range of cartridges based on bullet diameter (eg 30 cals, 375, etc) but I just bought one per case as I only typically had one cartridge in each caliber group anyway.

As mentioned by @Grumpy gumpy , a Lee factory crimp die isn't always essential, but it is a very useful tool in a lot of cartridges, especially in anything you want to cycle through a magazine, that sees significant recoil, might go through a semi auto, or might end up in a tube magazine. Honestly, I value it enough that I did use one for everything except precision rifle and f class, and it is (imo) by far the best crimping tool on the market. Maybe not the only good thing Lee makes, but certainly the best thing Lee makes.

One other thing you might want, now I think on it.

If you're planning to do some load development, you'll want a way to take apart cartridges as well.

If you do a ladder test and find an appropriate powder charge, only an imbecile will then shoot off the higher charge weights above your target load 'because there's only a couple of 'em'. A good way to have a very bad time.

I'm sure you're not an imbecile and you're quite attached to having the standard issue number of eyes and fingers, so you'll want one of these (or similar):

You can then pick up collets for your cartridges of interest as you go.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.

Dan who is C. W. Richter? He seems to not be a fan of myself!
