Communications anywhere in the world. Text from this device or Bluetooth to your cell phone for easier texting.
Also GPS navigation, weather reports, maps and many more options. Great piece of mind.

$130 shipped in ConUS

If anyone doesn’t have something like this I can tell you first hand they are incredible. Anywhere in the world.
This thing has saved my hunt before, helped with tracking, obviously keeping in touch back home.

Everyone I hunt with has one. And they are easy to turn the service on and off.

Yes, you activate and deactivate the service as needed. SOS button sends your location to the nearest authorities

I have the inreach mini- Same unit just without the screen.

I have used mine in Antarctica, North Coast of Alaska, the Caribbean, Namibia, and places in between.....

Its service is legitimate, anywhere in the world.

And the new service plans are very affordable

I’ve been looking at the, 67i, but I’ve been hesitant because I’m unaware of how well they actually work as far as text. I’ve seen the trackers and PH use them with great service in the field. I figured it would be great to text back home when service is so limited or just nonexistent… plus all the actual real features they’re primarily used for….
Are they that reliable for texting anywhere in the world to any cell phone??

InREachs are awesome and i have had year round service for years - it;s cheap.

These use the Iridium satellite network , which is why they work so well in far off places as @Mekaniks mentions.

Yes, it was the + or “gen 2”

It was pretty much half what they sell on eBay for. For Quick sales I think you need to price things at half what anybody can buy it for any day of the week.

In that vein. Ladies and Gentlemen may direct your attention please to a shotgun I have for sale in this very classified section.

Although not 1/2 price. Certainly a bargain.

Perhaps 1/3 off. And we can always discuss it.

I have a 67i a d love it! Use it every time I am out in the wilds. Easy enough to use and well worth the piece of mind in case you have a problem. Buy with confidence.

If for some reason the sale doesnt happen. I will take it.

I actually just rented one for an upcoming trip.

I have a 66i. Besides all the other useful and potentially lifesaving functions I enjoy enabling the location tracking so that friends and family can go to our Garmin MapShare website that shows our location. You can also communicate through the map, leaving markers like "Saw a huge pile of dung here" or "Camping here for the night".

This is a demo of MapShare with an Inreach Mini2 but it's the same for my 66i and I assume other Garmin satellite communicators;

Yes, After seeing your message I realized that I have one that has only been used once and now gathering dust. I hope someone travels more than I do and gets to use it.
Thank you for your noting it!

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob
