Usually I am amused at the bison/tourist incidents but this was totally on the bull. He should be burger.
Never a lack of chaos when the "wild animals" decide to show up at the picnic sites.

From the video it doesn’t appear that the tourist did anything wrong. Do you have more information? Appears that grandpa was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

That American Buffalo was, surprisingly, very aggressive.

Tourists in Yellowstone, should stay in their vehicles (or at least very close) when observing wildlife within 100M.

This one is less the individual, more the bison. Charged across the road and quite a ways to get to him, and he did his best to avoid before running out of steam. People at the picnic table where the video was filmed from were way closer, and it seem this bison was just having a really bad day based on his running about the campground. Compared to the usual 'I wanted to get a selfie' crowd, I'd say this was just the general danger of wild animals.

Yeah, the Bison was having a bad day. It was going to take a run at the pickup first, then when the pickup pulled away Grandpa happened to be in the cross hairs....

Or, "We're in lion country and there's one laying over there, looks like he's asleep. I'll take a few pics then we'll have our picnic lunch".

Maybe they should post warning sign about the Bison "RUT" in season......on second thought most of the jack wagon tourist that go through there every year probably don't even know what "rut" means.
