I’m hoping that some kind AH member has some Woodleigh 650gr soft point bullets for the .577BPE they could sell me. I’m down to about a dozen of my own stash and leave for safari in a month. These bullets shoot well out of my old Adam&Co hammer double, but since their fire, Woodleigh hasn’t made any.

I’ve been trying to find a replacement bullet I’m happy with but haven’t found anything satisfactory as yet.

I am currently in discussion on a set of 577 bullet swaging dies. I am afraid your schedule is a little too compressed for me to be any use to you before your safari, but when you get back if you are still looking for bullets, let me know. If I get the dies, I can make softs, solids, partitions, bonded, etc., in any weight you specify. I will be glad to give you a hundred or so to tie you over..

How many do you think you need? If you still have time before your trip, I have a partial box of 18.

I have never used the Hawk bullets, so I know nothing of their terminal ballistics. I guess it does not matter since he has none in stock.

I am again looking for 600 Nitro dies preferably RCBS 1 inch. The set I purchased previously are 1 1/2 inch and do not fit my die. Another member has graciously taken them off my hands. If anyone happens to have a set of 600 Nitro Dies that will fit my Rockchucker Supreme RCBS press, please shoot me a message and thanks in advance for any assistance you may have to offer!
