I recently returned from my second trip with Phillip Hennings @KHOMAS HIGHLAND HUNTING SAFARIS in Namibia.
I had another great adventure with Phillip and can highly recommend his excellent operation to anyone
Looking for a plains game or Leopard safari.
The day I arrived a successful Leopard hunter was leaving and an amazing adventure was beginning for me.
My PH for the hunt was Isaak and his son Jason was with us to help spot, drive and recover game, a very talented young man for sure.
With Isaak and Jason’s expertise I was able to take 6 really nice animals that exceeded all my expectations. I took a Klipspringer, Blue Wildebeest, Eland, Oryx, Duiker and Impala which I have included photos of
I thank Phillip and his wife Leonie and the entire staff @KHOMAS HIGHLAND HUNTING SAFARIS for another great experience and I look forward to my next adventure with them.

Very nice! Thanks for sharing!
How did you hunt the Klipspringer? By using a call?

Also how many hunting says?
I know Eland may require extra days

Thanks for sharing your adventure. Propper old gemsbok. Nice trophies.

Nice trophies. Looks like a wonderful trip!

We hunted all the species by spot and stalk including the Klipspringer very fun. Put on 65.8 miles walking according to my phone and 1068 flights of stairs.

I hunted 10.5 days total 3 days for the Eland.

Congrats and thanks for sharing!

Love those short thick horned gemsbuck....I have one....with massive bases and completely worn down...

Well done sir! IMO a mature eland bull is one of the greatest PG trophies.

Congratulations on another great trip and thank you for sharing!

Issak sure can walk. Anyone that tells him that you want to walk and stalk better have good boots :D

Congratulations on a fantastic safari Phillip and his crew are amazing folks.

Thanks WAB
I found out that they are tough to hunt and will slip away quickly!

It is the proper way to hunt.

Other option is just shooting.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
