Thanks go to Bob for a great weekend. Plenty of deer to see but as reported by Bob very variable winds. We manage to avoid all the heavy rains and walk 20 odd ks over 3 sessions. I look forward to the next hunt. Might bring more bread or a handbag

It was an absolute delight to catch up with Bob. Contrary to many assertions here, no leading astray occurred, shared a lot of info and experience. Most appreciated by a newbie. Cheers Peter but I can imagine how Bob could lead someone astray especially with Bundy infused liquids!

long time lurker but signed up now. 243s are lots of fun, superb with right projectile and distances as pointed out by the more experienced posters. I use mostly 100 gr corelokts on pigs, goats and deer. They don’t go far when hit in the right place. Just a bugger when they fall in the gulley...
