My thoughts, if money is an issue, look to the .458 Lott as a step above the .375 bore....One hundred yard cartridge and a better stopper to boot...If you handload can customize 350 grain to 400 grain longer range thumpers...all around great cartridge and can shoot the .458 win...
.505 Loads
I've had a light primer strike out of 5 fired thus far. No problems with Cor-Bon 525 grain loads so far. Have some handloads with Hawk bullets out of NJ...Waiting for a break in the upstate NY weather to get out there and burn some powder!!
