Starting to look at a Croc/Hippo hunt. Who are the companies that run their own camps/hunts at Cahora Bassa? It appears like there are outfits that "facilitate" hunts there, but may not be the actual operator. I'd prefer to book directly, and also not pay for a 2nd PH (facilitator).

Í'm a fan of our native sheep. But, sometimes they seem like a very fragile species and it's a constant struggle to even maintain their populations. I'm in no way saying this is right, but I have selfishly wondered if we'd just be better off importing asian sheep and ibex....

Any resolution to this? Been a while...

Thanks for the comments. if I had to only hunt bushbuck and big mule deer the rest of my time, I would not be too disappointed. Unfortunately, big mule deer are pretty much a thing of the past
