Ithaca

@Rob404 thank u for your interest. I have posted 3 total pics. Will get more of it w breach open. Serial number puts it at 1895 I believe. It was my great-grandfather’s (father of my paternal grandfather.) due to the Damascus steel and damage inside barrels (not sure 100% if damage from poor ammo?) Sadly I have been advised by 2 separate gunsmiths not to fire it.

I have a soft spot for Ithacas, my first Shot gun was a pre war Ithaca double with 30s on it. It was a moose to carry walking Corn Fields of Rural Illinois and a little slow to swing but many a bird was ready to take a sigh of relief only to get knocked out of the sky by it.
