160 grain Barnes TSX Bullet Performance

Recovered 160 grain Barnes TSX
@AustinL
Nice, Thank You. I also hunt with the .280 Rem Most of the time. BUT this year I am thinking of going to a Ruger 6.5 Creedmoor with a . 127 grain Barnes LR. Hand loaded to about 3,000 f.p.s. Has proven to be very accurate . Last year we, my wife and I, killed a nice Mulie with the 145 grain LRX out of the .280. No loss of meat with this bullet.

Have had very good luck with my .280 with lots of whitetail a few mulies and two elk. Have historically shot 140gr accubonds but really like the TSX.

My dad has been hunting our way with a 6.5x55 and just this year picked up a creedmore. It should be a killer

I agree, as I've used the 160 TSX in the 7 Mag on everything from duikers to Eland with excellent results.
