165gr Barnes TSX in 300wm worked fine for us. All one shot kills, no tracking needed. Placement is key.

I use the ttsx 168 now in my 300 WSM. MV 3260. has never failed me! I started using barnes in 2002 with the 165 xlc, then the 165 tsx, and now the 168 ttsx
killed everything from deer, bear , elk, in usa and canada, and duiker to eland in 28 safaris to RSA. KILLED OUT TO 550 YDS, A BIG NYALA, MULTIPLE, LIKE 15 KUDU, 5 ELAND AND MANY OTHERS. GREAT BULLET, VERY ACCURATE, MINE SHOOTS .75 MOA.
