Chasing a banquet for SCI or DSC

I’m starting to get frustrated my buddy has task me to find a banquet to meet and shop Africa safarI
Reno is in Nashville
Dallas is in Atlanta
Houston is in the woodland
and none are in a town we are able to meet in due to home location

any help with 2024 convention locations, I am in San Antonio Texas

DSC is in Dallas January of 2024. They won't be in Atlanta until 2025 when the convention center is under construction.

DSC South Texas banquet is April 6 and San Antonio SCI is February 29.

The SCI banquet will have a lot of RSA trips and what would call more affordable safaris.

South Texas DSC has more expensive trips.

But don’t expect a lot of outfitters at either.

Where is the south Texas DSC being held ?
I am more prone to a PG & buff hunt in RSA and then touring around
my two friends want a Zambia or Zimbabwe buffalo & hippo open concession hunt and return home .
I think we will only be able to fly over together if we can’t find a middle ground
