I had to tip them good after all the work they were doing! With all the PH's and trackers it really makes hunting in Africa more of a team sport.

Congrats on two very successful hunts. It is very addictive for sure. I’m planning on a 2nd trip in 2025 (need to pay off the taxidermy bills next year LOL). Thank you for sharing on both hunts. Very good write ups. I just wish they were longer. I read one and I’m left itching for more. Part of that addiction problem I guess. I hope you get your bushbuck one day.

Will likely be heading back to the Eastern Cape. We still have a couple of animals left on our new and revised list (as in revised after our first trip) that we wish to meet up with again. It was just so much fun and my son talks about it every day it seems.

I've yet to experience the East Cape but hopefully, I eventually get up to that neck of the woods!
