Freezer filler ideas

Also consider a Nilgai hunt in south Texas. Great meat, short hunt and easy to do.
Nilgai is a great idea, very wild to hunt and amazing to eat

Are Nilgai usually hunted during a particular season, or year round?

Doing a little research, Ranches with Bison suggest June, July and August as the best months as they are feeding on good grass, and the meat is at its best, but the coats are at their worst. December and January are best for their coats, but the meat is not at its best.

Some Ranches have Yak, Watusi, etc., but at a certain point it's more of a harvest than a hunt. Besides that, I have no idea what the meat is like. :E Hmmm:

I occasionally offer management hunts for a variety of species. Currently offering broken horn Scimitar Oryx Bulls at $3750 for 2 days all in - guide, luxury accommodations, meals and open bar. A few have only one broken so you could mount as is or have taxidermist repair plus outstanding table fare. Will offer some Red Deer hinds this Fall as well.
Took a look at your website. Absolutely stunning Ranch and Lodge.

Price of cattle dropped ~$1.30 from Tuesday to yesterday market wide. Check with your local growers over the next month and lock in a price for a whole/half beef before prices climb again around December when finishing yards start competing for stockers again in this market.

Don't think about Nilgai.
They're terrible. Gamey taste. Not even worth a trip to Texas to hunt them.
Trust me, they're gross.
I'll take care of them for you. I'm a giver.

Thanks greatly! I'm leaving for the holidays so won't be around until 8 December. If that works I'll be appreciative. Address is Mason Reid, 1504 Driftwood Drive, Bozeman, MT 59715.

Sir, I think I have been writing to you about the purchase of the HK 639 rifle under an email "Tt Jake." If this is you, then I am truly interested. I am just trying to verify identify. Tt Jake is asking for a cash transaction. No disrespect intended, Just trying to verify who I am talking to. Thank you. Respectfully. Dan

Hey my friend, I am returning to SA for a Cape Buffalo hunt in June 26. My outfitter has suggested Highveld but I have read some poor reports. Wondering how satisfied you were with your mounts from them? Thanks in advance.
