CBP Form 4457 Questions

Clear copy - for clarity, by “expire” I mean that the 4457 I had filled out about 4 years ago had “valid through (date)” printed in the top right corner so technically expired. I don’t recall the exact “valid through” date. This is the form BWI CBP agents were bothered by. Current 4457 does not have that “valid through” date so I’ve redone all my old ones.

All the valid through date is the form number. If the agents at BWI didn't know what they are doing just ask for a supervisor. The form that is being used today is the same as the first one that I got 20 years ago with different form dates.
