Just buy one, in this kind of projects money flows..

Garage/Bubba gunsmithing; thee action should close freely on a factory loaded cartridge; with a bit of resistance with one layer of Scotch-tape added to the bottom; and not close if 2 layers are added.

A LeeEnfield (orP14) might be the right action?
